Monsieur Gagnon est un sp\u00e9cialiste en s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de l\u2019information avec une quarantaine d’ann\u00e9es d\u2019exp\u00e9rience dans les technologies de l\u2019information. Il a assist\u00e9 \u00e0 l’\u00e9mergence d’Internet \u00e0 la T\u00e9l\u00e9-Universit\u00e9 (TELUQ) dans les ann\u00e9es 90 comme administrateur de syst\u00e8me Unix, webmestre avant que le terme existe et comme sp\u00e9cialiste technique pour le d\u00e9veloppement des premiers cours universitaires francophones \u00e0 distance dans Internet. Il a quitt\u00e9 la TELUQ pour poursuivre sa carri\u00e8re comme consultant. Il a particip\u00e9 comme sp\u00e9cialiste en technologie Internet dans le projet GESTIM (1998-2000) GESTION DES TITRES MINIERS SUR INTERNET du minist\u00e8re des Ressources naturelles au gouvernement du Qu\u00e9bec. Ce projet innovant \u00e9tait consid\u00e9r\u00e9 \u00e0 l’\u00e9poque comme une r\u00e9f\u00e9rence mondiale en avance sur son temps. M. Gagnon a d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 une connaissance approfondie dans les architectures technologiques (infrastructures virtuelles, physiques et infonuagiques), la gouvernance et la gestion du
